I'm a mum of three, and a Nurse of over 25 years. I've always been interested in alternate therapies, but was unsure of what modality to pursue, until I discovered Reiki. Combining my qualification as a Reiki Practitioner along with so many years of nursing, I have an understanding of many medical conditions, and can assist you with personalised and tailored treatments, utilising the gentle power of Reiki to transform and heal.

Reiki is a gentle hands-on treatment that can assist in treating many conditions including muscular aches and pains, insomnia, anxiety and stress. It is beneficial in supporting your immune system and increase energy levels.
